I had my weigh in this morning at my meeting and I have lost a 1/2 pound:0) I am well chuffed because what with the bank holiday weekend I had a shed load of wine BUT I also drank LOADS of water and walked everywhere:o) I personally believe that losing weight in this steady way even if only a 1/2 pound is far better than losing loads rapidly because you tend to put it back on just as rapidly slowly slowly catches monkey as the saying goes:O)

Start weight: 9st 10 lb

Now weight: 9st 4 lb

goal weight: 8st 3 lb
