WEIGH IN ON 13/6/O8 AND :O)

I have lost another LB and I have got my first silver 7 :O) I have now lost a half stone in 5 weeks and I am chuffed to bits at that:o) My friend is getting married on the 7th of june and I am going shopping in Manchester on friday to get my outfit and I will be able to get something in a size 12 :o) am also going to see Joe Satriani in Manchester tomorow night 15/5/08 and hopefully will boogey some more weight off:o)......I have started a PALS Practice Activity & Leisure Scheme and will be going to my first session at the gym next Monday 19/5/08 and am really looking forward to it....watch this space folks:o)

Goal Weight: 8st 3lb
